Wait staff must all be performance artists, and the menu consists of kinds of interactions "diners" wish to have with the wait staff in "dining" environment -- they can select from Cynical Cindi, Warm-Hearted Wilma, Foul-Mouth Fran, Lonely Louise, etc.

There must a chain-smoking cook, ex-Marine, with an ash-and-blood-stained apron and a foul temper and a cleaver, as well as a skinny, trembly bus boy with a sparse moustache and a clumsy tattoo on one bicep. There must also be an illegal immigrant dishwasher who speaks no English.
