Words mean things!

Dear The Internet,

No. No no no. You've taken my you're and your, you've ruined my toos twos and tos, you've made their and there a laughingstock and at this point I am just numb "too" it all. But this? This is going too far.

I am speaking, of course, of the recent phenomenon of confusing the words "weary" and "wary." This will not stand. "Weary," as you well know, The Internet, means "tired, or fatigued." "Wary," on the other hand, denotes "cautious, or hesitant." So when I read that someone is "weary of going in the house due too the knife-wielding maniac inside," it makes no sense. Furthermore, it makes me a little more crazy. What you should be "weary" of, The Internet, is knife-wielding me. And don't go trying to blame this on a typo, The Internet. You took the time to put a whole extra letter in that word! They don't even sound the same! I know what you're up to, and I do not intend to stand for it one moment longer.

Nitpickingly (but it matters! It matters!!!) yours,
Hilatron

Or maybe it just gets to be too much to keep going in the damn house, day in and day out, and being all like "Yes, I _see_ you, knife-wielding maniac, yes, I'm very scared, eeeee." Wears you down, what.
(My own personal favorite teenybopper error, alarmingly common in blogs, is confusing "bawling" and "balling," as in "And then after we broke up, we were so upset, we were both just there on the sofa balling all afternoon.")
