Because I'm a damn fool, I thought I'd volunteer for a time-consuming project in January - hey, who needs a break ever? So I am serving on the panel of The Diarist Awards for 4th Quarter 2004. Very sensible on their part because all those self-involved WANKERS on the internet, all those OTHER, undeserving people, would just go and nominate themselves and flood the various award programs with spurious suggestions.

And as for not being allowed to nominate you, well, piffle. This is the only blog I'd be likely to nominate.
